Eligibility For Returns
Your item must be defective or have an issue/fault in order to be eligible for a free return. You must return the item unused within it's original packaging. If you are returning an item without an issue/fault there is a return fee of 15% which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Window
You are able to request a refund within 10 days of receiving your item, the refund window closes after these 10 days
Shipping Costs For Returns
All shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer, if you are returning a defective item we will refund any shipping costs you had to pay for.
